Take a look at our 7 tips on Halloween Inspired Nails!

Always make sure you clean, file and shape nails before applying any colour to make sure you get the best out of the design. Remember you can always use nail polish wipes to remove nail polish. Apply two coats of clear nail varnish as this will prevent any staining from coloured nail polish.

Choose a bright orange coloured nail polish (or any colour that takes your fancy!) and paint on two coats on each finger and thumb ensuring that you let the first coat dry before applying the second coat.

Using a professional nail dotting tool (or a cocktail stick), paint on three lines from the left hand corner of the nail to the middle with a black coloured nail polish. Repeat this step on all fingers and thumb apart from the ‘ring finger’ (finger closest to the little finger).

Using the same tool and black nail polish, carefully draw curved lines in between the existing 3 lines to imitate a spider’s web.

Using the same tool and black nail polish for your ‘ring finger’, draw a line from the cuticle towards the middle of the nail and draw a small oval shape to imitate the spider’s body.

Next, draw 3 small curved lines on either side of this to imitate the spider’s legs.

Finally, apply two coats of clear nail polish to seal the design and extend longevity.

Ta-dah! Now it’s time to show off your nails and celebrate Halloween the fashionable way!

Have a safe and happy Halloween, everyone!
