Happy Halloween, with costumes of ghouls and goblins we want to still be able to put a feminine touch to our look, and how else better than with our nails.

You will need a few things for this nail polish look:

-       Black Nail Polish

-       Silver Nail Polish (or even a nail pen if you prefer)

-       Thin nail art brush, (unless your using a nail pen)

-       (Optional) Base and Top coat

-       Nail polish remover wipes

We have a video you can use to help you follow these steps. We want you to recreate this look, but put your own personal stamp on this look, if silvers not your colour use another, if you don’t want to use a top and base coat you don’t have to.

Before we start you want to remove any nail polish left from the previous times you painted your nails, use a nail polish remover wipe for this.

Step 1: (Optional)

Prepare your nails with a base coat of your own choice, if you don’t use a base coat normally you can skip this step, but its always best to use a nail coat to prevent staining, especially with dark colours.

Step 2:

Paint your nails black. You will probably need a few coats here, and any smudges or going over the lines, just get a cotton bud with some nail polish remover on it, and smooth out the edges. You then want to wait till your nails have dried completely before the next step.

Step 3:

Draw a thin silver line across each of your nails except your little finger. This is where is it optional for you to either use a brush and a nail polish or a nail pen.

Step 4:

On that little finger you have left out you will want to draw a spider, start with the body then add 8 legs, to make it extra special add some eyes with a little bit of black.

 Step 5: (Optional)

Again this step is of your own choice, but add a topcoat to help keep the nail polish on, and to add a shine, again its always best to add a topcoat so that the nail polish will last longer without chipping.

This Halloween inspired look is up to you to make it your own, add a spiders web on one of the fingers if you wish too, use different colours to suit what your style is, or match it to your costume. Its entirely up to you this is just one look and the possibilities are endless. Happy Halloween!
